Navigate to Layout.
Click on "Add a Gadget" option. There you can see Google Translate widget in the list of widgets.

Click on "+" button. Now, you can configure the Translate as per your need.
Click on "Save" button to add Translate to your blog.

1. Go to https://translate.google.com/manager/website/add. You’ll be prompted to log in with a Google account. If you don’t have one, you can register for free.
2. Enter the domain of your website and select the original language that your blog is written in.
3. Click “Get Code.”
